Revivalist to His Donors: ‘I Predict Nothing Will Happen to You or Your Family,’ Including Coronavirus
Revivalist Jonathan Shuttlesworth recently posted a video in which he shared seven predictions regarding the coronavirus. The seventh prediction was that those who partnered with his ministry were partnering with God and, as a result, would not be touched by the coronavirus.
“I’m writing this to my friends and partners,” says Shuttlesworth, who leads Revival Today in Prosperity, Pennsylvania. “I predict nothing will happen to you and your family. As a friend and partner of this ministry, you’ve shown yourself to be someone who takes action on the Great Commission. You are in true covenant with God, and part of that covenant is supernatural protection from every sickness and disease there is, and that includes coronavirus. I declare, in Jesus’ name, these evils will not touch you.”
In his video, Shuttlesworth shares several other predictions, including that the U.S. would be minimally affected by the fast-spreading virus because of its renewed alliance with Israel. Meanwhile, nations that persecute Christians would experience more severe outbreaks of the coronavirus, he says.
“It’s no surprise to me that the most persecuting nations, China and Iran, have been the most affected,” he says. “In South Korea, the cases are highly concentrated in members of a cult.”
He also predicts that the coronavirus will provide opportunities to share the gospel.
Shuttlesworth says his predictions are not prophecies but instead are predictions based on prophecies in the Bible that he says are coming to pass.
