‘We Have to Help Our Country,’ Trump Says in First On-Camera Interview Since Leaving Office
“They never talked about this,” a refreshed and vibrant former President Trump told daughter-in-law Lara Trump on The Right View during his first on-camera interview since leaving office.
Though referring to Biden administration politics that will revoke America’s energy-independence within the next three months, he alluded to the fact that many more policies are now in play that the new administration never discussed during the presidential campaign—political moves citizens are seeing for the first time. “All of those things [debated and discussed] are not what he’s doing.”
But, Trump said, “there’s hope in the future … When you look at what’s happening in our country with all of the ideas and things … it’s a shame. What’s going on is very sad.”
And while the current administration may stay silent on pressing matters, Trump talks about what matters most and what’s on most Americans’ minds through press releases and other means. He said, “We love our country … now we have to help our country.”
