If Kim Jong Un at the helm of North Korea is a threat, why hasn’t the United States taken him out?

“Historically, the United States doesn’t start wars and launch preemptive strikes against potential adversaries,” says Dr. Vincent Pry, the executive director of the EMP task force for Homeland Security. “… But I’m hoping we can learn from history and not repeat the mistakes of history because it has been a mistake to not preempt Adolf Hitler in 1936.”
