Despicable Thief Targets Elderly Woman During Prayer Meeting

A man stole an 84-year-old woman’s purse while they were attending his niece’s baptism, according to new video footage.
Jonathan Somps targeted Aida Campos de Sanchez while she was praying and consequently not staring down her purse.
Though Somps initially escaped without detection, he was later caught and charged with grand theft.
“Somps’ relatives were able to confirm he was the culprit who committed the unholy act,” police told the New York Daily News.
