End-Times Expert: How Christians Can Recognize the Antichrist Disguised as ‘Angel of Light’
Whenever Christians try to guess who the Antichrist is and when Jesus is coming back, they’re always wrong, says end-times expert Mark Biltz.
After all, the Antichrist will appear as an angel of light, he says, and not as someone people instantly recognize as bad.
“The apostle John said there were many antichrists in his day,” Biltz says on the “Charisma News” podcast. “But what was scary is that he said they ‘came out from among us’ (1 John 2:19). The Antichrist [won’t be] a Muslim or a Jew or a heathen. It sounds like he would be a professing believer.”
Biltz says this will take the form of what he calls “legalized lawlessness.” As he lays out in his book Decoding the Antichrist, the future Antichrist will emerge in a system where morally wrong deeds are legal and even deemed righteous.
And Biltz says the scary part is that is exactly what we’re starting to see today.
“We legalize abortion, we legalize drugs, we legalize gay marriage,” Biltz says. “Some states legalize prostitution, as if that makes it OK. … What’s happening is, they’re not going to allow you to even use your ATM card at gas stations. For example, right now, they’re shadow-banning conservatives. They’re shadow-banning Christians from getting their message out.”
So how can Christians respond to such dire times? Listen to the podcast to hear Biltz explain how Christians can stay focused and discerning as the end times approach.
