Oldest Surviving Text From the Bible Is God’s Prayer for Us
Many are familiar with this prayer from the Book of Numbers: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon you, and be gracious unto you; the Lord lift His countenance upon you, and give you peace” (Num. 6:24-26).
