A popular boy band star recently opened up about his history with the occult and devil worship before he came to Christ.

“I dabbled in the occult and was dancing with the devil, and doing all sorts of negative things looking for escape from myself,” Shane Lynch of Europe’s Boyzone recalls.

The band broke up in 2000, and Lynch found himself in a dark place.

“I always need to get that high and buzz from risk. Driving crazy cars at high speeds—I’ve just driven one at 200 mph for supermodel Jodie Kidd—and risking my [expletive], is pretty much up there with the thrill you get from walking out on stage. It’s mind-blowing,” Lynch says.

He says his time spent playing with Ouija boards actually drew him to the Father.
