Stephen Strang Says There is Only One Thing Resisting A One-World Government From Emerging

During the writing of his new book, God and Cancel Culture, Charisma Media CEO Stephen Strang expressed many grave concerns about the direction in which America is heading. There is one, however, that stands out above all of the rest—the cancelation of Christianity in a country founded upon the principles of the kingdom of God.

Strang told an audience at the Supernatural Life Conference in Pennsylvania last week that, not surprisingly, a one-world government is in the works, which essentially would eliminate God from the scene worldwide.

“It’s not just about getting canceled on Facebook. There is an agenda to change things in America and around the world,” Strang says. “In America, it is moving toward the left, and we have seen that happening all the way back to the [Franklin] Roosevelt administration. Now, it is happening at warp speed.

“It is moving toward socialism, which is moving toward communism, and communism is always atheistic. My concern, and I made it clear in my book, is the ultimate cancelation is to cancel Christianity, and that’s really hard for me to say. This is America.

“There has been religious persecution and intolerance all through history all over the world, and even today. Obviously, you see that in China and North Korea. But we never thought it would happen here. We have something called the First Amendment. The first of the freedoms are the freedom of religion, the freedom of speech and the freedom of assembly. There is a group out there if that you don’t like what they’re doing and saying, they want you go away.”

But Strang says something can be done about the leftist evolution of America, and it must be the church who stops it.

“All of these people have gotten together and they want America to go toward the left, which means getting rid of our religious foundations,” Strang says. “But America is a city on a hill. Isn’t that a phrase from the Bible? America is what has kept the whole world from going communist. If America is not strong, they [other countries] are going to fall like dominoes, and that’s when the one-world government will come. … So, my concern is that Christians are asleep.

“But who has the power to change it? God, the Holy Spirit and the body of Christ. The devil has no power without people, and God doesn’t do anything without people. We have got to raise up instead of becoming more and more passive. … I believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. I try to pray in tongues every day. There’s something that the church needs in terms of the power of the Holy Spirit. The church must wake up.”
