Some people insist that Donald Trump failed to handle the coronavirus pandemic well and that it was his failure to do so that led to his “defeat” in the November 3, 2020, election. But the plain truth is that if people had listened to him in the spring of 2020 when he said hydroxychloroquine works, America and the world would be a lot better off today.
Thousands are using that medicine and finding it incredibly effective in ridding them of their symptoms. If people had listened to the president when he publicly advocated the best treatment available, America wouldn’t have lost as many lives to the virus as it has.

That points to nothing less than a global end-time revival. I believe that as we pray, God will hear us and come and rescue us with a great revival that will reach every neighborhood and home on the earth.
But we have to do our part. Every generation has to fight for its revival.
In Noah’s day, Noah preached righteousness. In fact, he was the only one preaching it! The rest of the world was corrupt and full of evil. Noah talked, but nobody listened, and God destroyed the world but saved Noah and his family.
Noah did his part—he preached, and he lived righteously.
In Sodom and Gomorrah lived a righteous man named Lot, whose soul was vexed by the sin that surrounded him. God called Abraham to intercede, and then God rescued Abraham’s nephew, Lot, and his family before destroying Sodom and Gomorrah.
Abraham interceded. Lot remained righteous. They did their part in their generation.
In the days of Jezebel and Ahab, witchcraft was the official religion in Israel. The prophets were hiding in caves, afraid for their lives. God called a great prophet named Elijah, who set himself apart from that wicked society, walked in holiness before the Lord, and brought down fire from heaven. His brave stand caused revival to sweep through the land and restore prophecy and the fear of the Lord to its place of honor.
Elijah did his part in his generation.
The children of Israel were in Egypt, where God had said they would remain for 430 years. Then the cry of the people according to their bondage came up to God. God heard their cry and sent Moses to deliver them. Exodus 12:12 says God passed through the land of Egypt and executed judgment upon the gods of Egypt.
The people did their part and cried out to God in their generation. Moses too did his part to lead them.
All these accounts from the Bible instruct us that when iniquity and evil rise to such high levels in society, the cry of righteous people reaches heaven. Then God calls forth preachers of righteousness like Noah, great men and women of faith like Abraham and Sarah, prophets like Elijah, and leaders like Moses to lead a willing generation out of captivity and into glorious victory. {eoa}
