ACLJ Files Its First Lawsuit Against the Biden Administration

President Biden’s deep state agencies are already refusing to cooperate with us to expose government corruption, even with our national security at risk.

At the ACLJ, we just filed our first major lawsuit against the Biden Administration.

We’ve spent years warning you about the deep state’s shredding of the Constitution. The actions of deep state operatives have placed the safety and security of Americans in jeopardy. And now under President Joe Biden, the deep state bureaucracy is being further empowered—even reinvigorated—to undermine everything we’ve fought for.

During Biden’s eight years in office as vice president, we told you how the Obama administration continually trampled the U.S. Constitution to push its own agenda—even if it meant covering up corruption. Now the Biden Administration is showing how well it learned.

We recently told you how Rep. Eric Swalwell—one of the lead agitators in the first impeachment against former President Trump and after that an impeachment manager—was found to have a direct connection with a Chinese Communist spy right around the same time he was named to the House Intelligence Committee.

While propagating the Russia Collusion hoax as the first sham impeachment trial was ramping up, Swalwell once told The New York Times:

“What we have to do now in Congress is figure out how we hold him accountable,” Swalwell said in an interview with The New York Times’s editorial board in June 2019. “What we do next will not only make sure that it checks an out-of-control, abusive executive, but also it sets the standard for future presidents.”

Now it appears Swalwell’s words stressing accountability may indeed be coming back to haunt him. In his position as a member of the House Intelligence Committee, Swalwell had access to more classified information than almost any other member of Congress, while he himself was being compromised by a Chinese national.

According to a recent Axios report:

“A suspected Chinese intelligence operative developed extensive ties with local and national politicians, including a U.S. congressman, in what U.S. officials believe was a political intelligence operation run by China’s main civilian spy agency between 2011 and 2015.”

Axios went on to draw a direct connection between the Chinese spy, named Fang Fang or Christine Fang, Swalwell’s office and Swalwell himself:

Fang took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 reelection campaign, according to a Bay Area political operative and a current U.S. intelligence official. Swalwell’s office was directly aware of these activities on its behalf, the political operative said. That same political operative, who witnessed Fang fundraising on Swalwell’s behalf, found no evidence of illegal contributions …

Fang helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, according to those same two people, and interacted with Swalwell at multiple events over the course of several years.

What’s equally alarming is that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has admitted she was aware of the congressman’s association with Fang, but stated she has “no concerns” as she essentially swept the whole situation under the rug.

We have many concerns, as should the Speaker and every other elected official. The ACLJ is not going to allow this to simply be brushed off.

That’s why we took action, submitting four Freedom of Information Act requests to the FBI, State Department and National Security Agency. We demanded any and all documents and communications regarding Swalwell and the Chinese agent. Swalwell’s association with this Chinese national may have placed the security of America at risk. That should alarm anyone, regardless of their political party.

But now all four Biden Deep State agencies are refusing to comply with the law and turn over key documents.

The ACLJ legal team has just filed a lawsuit against the Biden NSA, Office of the ODNI and State Department. And we are preparing to file an administrative appeal (the first step toward a lawsuit) with the FBI. Once again, we find ourselves taking on the same rogues’ gallery of Deep State corruption we fought—and beat—in court for years under the Obama Administration.

At the ACLJ, we have redoubled our efforts to fight government corruption and hold Deep State actors accountable. Biden cannot hand out free passes to wantonly disregard the Constitution.
