30 Million People Have All Rallied Around This Prayer

Mike Evans, right, has the largest Jerusalem prayer group in the world.

Scripture admonishes us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Doubtless people all over the world take that admonition seriously and obey it regularly, but no one anywhere prays for Jerusalem in the astonishing numbers of Mike Evans’ Jerusalem Prayer Team. Now, its 30,000,000 members connect on Facebook, making it the largest online prayer ministry in the world.

In fact, Evans’ prayer team, which owns and operates the incredibly high-tech Friends of Zion Museum in Jerusalem, has more friends on Facebook than the next seven Israeli pages combined, one of which belongs to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Evans and his prayer team are not praying just for the Jewish people in Israel but for the Jewish people around the world.

The prayer team, which also owns the ten Boom house in the Netherlands, is continuing the ten Boom family prayer circle begun by the grandfather of the famous Corrie ten Boom.

The ten Boom prayer ministry petitioned God for the peace of Jerusalem for 100 years until it was stopped violently by the Nazis. Now that prayer ministry has begun again through the Jerusalem Prayer Team and in greater numbers than perhaps the ten Boom family could ever have imagined.
