WATCH: Lauren Daigle Stuns Crowd With National Anthem at 2020 National Championship

Lauren Daigle delighted a stadium full of fans when she sang the national anthem at the 2020 National Championship game between Clemson and Louisiana State University (LSU) last night.

The crowd immediately responded to Daigle’s soulful rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” with applause at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans Jan. 13.

On the field, President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania were among those smiling and applauding Daigle’s performance.

Afterward, many took to Twitter to congratulate the singer on a job well done.

Chip Gaines tweeted: “THE @Lauren_Daigle!! Ladies and gentlemen!!! #NationalChampionship”
